Το τέλειο, χαλαρωτικό γάλα // Recipe for warmed, sweetened milk

(Για ελληνικά κυλήστε απαλά και όμορφα το ποντίκι προς τα κάτω) This recipe (if it can actually be called that!) for warmed milk has accompanied me every night ever since I thought it up a couple of weeks ago. It’s simple, easy, warming, comforting, vaguely reminiscent of rice pudding and brings back lovely childhood memories. I highly recommend it for relaxation when you’re stressed, can’t sleep, or simply want something warm to drink while curling up on the sofa. Enjoy! Ingredients:1 mug of milk 1,5 tsp sugar (I use granulated) 0,5 tsp cinnamon (Bear in mind to alter the measurements depending on your personal tastes! This is simply how I like it.
