This recipe (if it can actually be called that!) for warmed milk has accompanied me every night ever since I thought it up a couple of weeks ago. It’s simple, easy, warming, comforting, vaguely reminiscent of rice pudding and brings back lovely childhood memories. I highly recommend it for relaxation when you’re stressed, can’t sleep, or simply want something warm to drink while curling up on the sofa. Enjoy!
Ingredients:1 mug of milk
1,5 tsp sugar (I use granulated)
0,5 tsp cinnamon
(Bear in mind to alter the measurements depending on your personal tastes! This is simply how I like it. Why not add some vanilla extract too or a little nutmeg?)
